M-03Degradation Forecast

See the failure five months before it happens.

Degradation Forecast projects each battery’s health forward and flags the packs that will cross your replacement or warranty threshold. Replacements become a planned purchase instead of a roadside surprise.

What Degradation Forecast does

01

Remaining useful life

Months until each battery reaches the threshold you set, whether that is 80% for swap packs or 60% for e-rickshaws.

02

Failure risk score

Probability of failure in the next 30, 90 and 180 days, combining capacity fade with resistance and imbalance trends.

03

Replacement planning

A month-by-month list of packs due for replacement, so procurement can order ahead and negotiate volume.

04

What-if scenarios

See how the forecast changes if a pack moves to a cooler route or switches to an 85% charge cap.

05

Warranty window alerts

Packs on track to fall below the warranty floor before the term ends are flagged while a claim is still possible.

06

Budget view

Forecasted replacement spend by quarter and depot, built from your own pack prices.

Current path

How it runs

  1. 1

    Project

Each battery’s health history is projected forward using models matched to its chemistry and use.

  2. 2

    Band

Every forecast carries a confidence band. We show the range, not just a single line.

  3. 3

    Act

Packs approaching thresholds are queued for charging changes, route moves, warranty review or replacement.

How to read these numbers

Estimates show their confidence

Forecasts and health scores are estimates based on the data available. Every number carries a confidence range, and it widens when data is thin.

Evidence, not verdicts

Warranty reports present evidence. Claim decisions are made by the manufacturer under the terms of your warranty.

Driver data for battery care only

Driver-level charging data is used only for battery care and coaching. It is never sold or used to rate people for anything else.

Your data stays yours

Battery and fleet data belong to the customer, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and can be exported or deleted on request.

Degradation Forecast questions

Straight answers about data sources, hardware, accuracy and setup. Ask our team for anything else.

How accurate are the forecasts?

Accuracy depends on data quality and history. With cell-level data and three months of history, remaining-life forecasts usually land within about a month at a six-month horizon. Every forecast shows its own range.

Can it forecast sudden failures?

Some failures, like a connector burning out, give little warning. Many others show up first as rising resistance or cell imbalance, and those are what the risk score is built to catch.

Can we set different thresholds for different vehicles?

Yes. Thresholds can be set per fleet, per vehicle type or per warranty contract.
