M-04Charging Insights

Most battery wear happens at the plug.

Charging to 100%, charging a hot pack at noon, running down to empty. Charging Insights finds these habits by driver, vehicle and depot, puts a cost on each one and builds a schedule that fits your shifts.

What Charging Insights does

01

Habit detection

Every session is classed: full charges, hot charges, fast charges and deep discharges, with the share of each per depot.

02

Heat-aware windows

Local temperature is combined with pack temperature to find the hours when charging does the least harm.

03

Schedules that fit shifts

Suggested charging windows and charge caps built around your actual duty hours, not ideal lab conditions.

04

Driver charging score

A simple score drivers can see in their app or on a depot screen, with a short tip after each poor session.

05

Cost of each habit

Each habit is translated into months of battery life lost and money, so changes are easy to prioritise.

06

Push to chargers

Send caps and schedules to OCPP chargers or swap stations, or export them for your depot team.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Find

Sessions from vehicles, chargers and swap stations are classed and tied to drivers and depots.

  2. 2

    Price

Each habit gets a cost in lost battery life, using the same models as State of Health AI.

  3. 3

    Change

Schedules and caps go out to depots and drivers. The forecast shows the effect within weeks.

Charging Insights questions

Straight answers about data sources, hardware, accuracy and setup. Ask our team for anything else.

Can drivers see their charging score?

Yes, if you choose to share it. Scores can be shown in your driver app through our API, on a depot screen or in a weekly message.

Will an 85% cap reduce range too much?

The schedule is built from each vehicle’s daily distance. Vehicles that need the full range keep it, with the top-up timed to finish just before the shift.

Is driver data used for anything else?

No. Driver-level charging data is used only for battery care and coaching.
